Mission
For over a decade, my work has sought to bridge the gap between nutritional science and global food policy. My mission is to cultivate a framework where rigorous data informs ethical stewardship of our shared food systems, ensuring healthy diets are affordable for all.

The Academic Genesis
Founded the Ag2Nut Community of Practice while completing doctoral research. Focused on identifying the "Key Recommendations for Improving Nutrition through Agriculture."
"Established the first global network connecting 7,500+ professionals across agriculture and nutrition."
Translational Research
Shifted focus to institutional implementation with the World Bank and FAO. Developed the Cost and Affordability of a Healthy Diet (CoAHD) indicator.
"Advised the United Nations on integrating healthy diet affordability into the SOFI 2020 report."
Strategic Stewardship
Current tenure focuses on global dietary survey data and the 'World Food Map', highlighting climate-resilient and nutrient-dense local species.
